We are offering three lucky winners the chance to win a luxury weekend for two people visiting the Wychwood Brewery in the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, including two nights' accommodation in a 4 star hotel, a VIP tour and tastings at the Wychwood Brewery plus £200 spending money.

Prizes

There are three prizes available, each consisting of a luxury weekend for two people

  • including two nights' accommodation in a 4 star hotel/B&B,
  • evening meal in local pub The Horseshoes,
  • a VIP tour and tasting experience at Wychwood Brewery,
  • and £200 spending money. (The spending money will be paid by cheque in advance of your weekend.)

The closing date for the promotion is 30th September 2010.

All luxury weekend breaks must be taken by 01/07/2011. This competition is subject to both the general terms and conditions and the specific competition regulations below.

General Competitions Terms & Conditions

  1. Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of Wychwood and connected companies.
  2. One entry per email address per competition.
  3. All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes a month.
  4. Participants of competitions on wychwood.co.uk & wychwood.com are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site and any advertised mobile text costs with any network provider and data transfer extras where-ever appropriate.
  5. Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail by the date shown above. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the customer will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Wychwood of any change in address.
  6. Prizes are as stated. No cash alternative is offered.
  7. Winners of the competitions may be displayed on the web site as title surname from area e.g. Mr Jones from Birmingham.
  8. All competitions may be subject to additional rules.

Terms & conditions for Win A Wychwood VIP Weekend

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoters, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
  2. To take part in the promotion, customers must complete the entry form supplied on Wychwood Beer Bottle Collars or enter online at www.wychwood.co.uk. Written entries must be on the original neck collar supplied with the bottle.
  3. There are three prizes available, each consisting of a luxury weekend for two people, including two nights' accommodation in a 4 star hotel/B&B, evening meal in local pub The Horseshoes, a VIP tour and tasting experience at Wychwood Brewery, and £200 spending money. The spending money will be paid by cheque in advance of your weekend.
  4. The closing date for the promotion is 30th September 2010. All luxury weekend breaks must be taken by 01/07/2011.
  5. All entrants will be entered into the prize draw which will be made on Monday 4th October 2010. The draw will be held under independent supervision and winners will be notified by letter or telephone within 7 days of the closing date.
  6. The prizes are non transferable. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
  7. The name and counties of the winners' can be obtained by sending a SAE to Win A Wychwood VIP Weekend, to the Promoter's address set out below. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
  8. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
